The Association for Anthroposophic Psychology (AAP) offers a Zoom webinar (with visuals, though you can join by phone) that gives a very different view of our times. The dominant picture of humanity on earth is Darwinian—evolution-through-random-mutation-and-struggle.  When you contrast that view with a sense for spirit-moving, it can lift the anxiety that holds you back from purposeful actions—especially in challenging times such as these.

Anthroposophy gives better ways of understanding the present situation. Practical exercises will be given at the end of the call.  There will be time for some written Q & A.

This call will be recorded and the link sent afterwards for those who missed it. (Another Zoom meeting takes place March 29, for only the participants in our current programs.)  If you wish to receive the link to the recording, please register so that we have your request:  Zoom Webinar - Can Anthroposophic Psychology be Helpful in these Times?
