Jayn joined Weleda UK in 2008 and became Managing Director in 2016. She has been voted number one in Who’s Who in Natural Beauty six times and featured for 12 consecutive years. In 2022, Jayn received an Outstanding Achievement Award for championing sustainable business. In 2023, she was named one of CEO Today’s 100 Business Women of the Year and won Outstanding Leadership for Health & Wellbeing Company of the Year. She is ESG Pillar President at the British Beauty Council, sits on the global B Corp Beauty Coalition board, and is Vice President of NATRUE. Jayn has recently graduated with a Masters in Integrative Health from the National Centre for Integrative Medicine (NCIM).
